1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using Mailnoz, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Mailnoz is an AI-powered tool that generates personalized cold email drafts. The emails generated are drafts for your review — you are responsible for all emails you send using content generated by Mailnoz.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Mailnoz to:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk email
• Violate any applicable email laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.)
• Impersonate others or create deceptive content
• Attempt to circumvent usage quotas or billing

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. Intellectual Property

You own the emails generated using your inputs. Mailnoz retains no rights to content you generate. We retain rights to the underlying platform, prompts, and technology.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mailnoz is provided "as is". We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or the emails you choose to send.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.
